“Young At Heart” Senior Strength Training
The goal of this class is to improve range of motion, increase muscle strength and improve balance. This 16 week class is free to those 60 and older and can be done seated or standing.

Point Arena:
Mondays 10:30 am to 11:30 am (ongoing, join anytime)

“Young At Heart” Beginning Senior Aerobics
This class will increase cardiovascular endurance and can be done seated or standing. It is free for those 60 and older. Bring a mat for cool down stretches or buy one in class for $15.
