Julia is our Kitchen Manager and prepares the meals for the Senior Center lunches and our Meals on Wheels program.

Julia moved to the United States about 9 years ago from Hidalgo, Mexico. She has been working at the Senior Center for about 3 years, starting out as Kitchen Assistant, and becoming cook about a year ago.

Julia has lived in Pt. Arena for the past 4 years, with her daughter Julissa, who is now 4 years old. She moved here from Oxnard to be close to her brothers.

She is a great employee, and wonderful to work with. We are very fortunate to have Julia as part of our team.
